ok, what you guys think. been running prop now for 8 weeks. kicked it up lately to 100mg every 36 hours. strength went through the roof. felt great until this week, working in the fucking 7 degrees outside all day, then school, then lifting hard as hell. that was monday, then yesterday, worked all day, came home barely could keep my eyes, open cause im getting 4.5 hours sleep per day. diet has been almost no carbs(which means no fruit, no milk, no pottassium i guess) mainly meat, water, green tea, crystal light and coffee. well i got home, i was gonna not work out and take a nap first and drank a sugar free redbull and took a tea pill which has some caffiene. i had the best chest tri workout ever. hit more than i've ever hit and hit more reps at the weights also. then i ate 1# ground beef 75% and had a shake. i didn't realize until right when i ate it how much fat was in it. like 120g. well then i showered fell asleep on the couch, woke up at 1030 and felt funny in my chest like i had to burp. i went into kitchen and realized my hearts going crazy. i felt my pulse on my neck and it felt like my heart was gonna explode. i've never felt it beat this fast, and it was speeding up. so being i've had cpr and know not to fucking wait around or fuck around i call 911 and get a ambulance. they get there, i am calm through the whole thing somehow, my pulse is 165 and not coming down, it's a running. bp was at this point getting a little nervous 150/92, not shabby considering. so i get oxygen it comes down into the 120's and saline. get to hospital if finally gets down over hours to 90-100 and stays there, i feel good again, don't really feel it beating anymore noticably that is. i told them im on test, they did ekg, heart was fine, they did bloodwork and said pottassium and magnesium were super low.
RBC slightly elevated but nothing to be concerned with. everything else looks good. i am stopping the cycle now and taking a week off lifting. i haven't stopped lifting for more than 4 days for 11 months now. time for a break. too much school now and work and having hard time getting my beauty sleep. so.......
questions here

was the potassium and magnesium the sole problem?
could the test influenced this some or caused pottassium and mag depletion or lack of sleep and lack of these supps in my diet?


now that im off the prop. should i start clomid, will this affect this problem i had? i also have proviron? can i take provirons without worrying about these issues also?

i don't think ill every be able to get lean. my body just needs food. i can't eliminate carbs, not even down to 50. i can live comfortable on 200. maybe over years i can get lean, keep hitting cardio. but im not pushing the diet again. that was some scary ass shit.
 
Why on earth are you trying to be a body builder on low carbs? You can't weight train, you can't burn fat as well, and your body is taking your protein and converting it to the carbs you're leaving it without. Eat the carbs. Use Glucorell/SesaPure. From now on drink gatorade while you weight train and take the Glucorell first.
 
I think you were/are just worn out,

and I disagree with the carbs statement, a lot of people have gone 3-4 months on limited carbs aka Akins to lose weight.


But I do agree you need more carbs to lift,

You just seem to be burning the candle at both ends and also burning it in the middle.

A break was smart.

PS No I don’t think it was the test, you are worn out. As in spent.
 
I agree with the above, although, right when I started reading the post and you pointed out that you were eating everything sugar free, I knew there was trouble coming. You can't bulk and not give your body sugars and the right minerals/vitamins, unless you are taking your suppliments. A lot of bros think that cutting the sugars is the way to go except what happens when your body is trying to build mass muscle and when your body needs quick energy, everything is dropping (sugar levels). I know, when I'm on cycle, sometimes, I feel like I'm almost ready to pass out and I have to immediately eat something with sugar in it..like a cup cake or part of a candy bar and within a couple of minutes, it goes aways. When you push yourself to the extreme , sometimes things like this remind us how important it is to eat a balanced meal(s). Remember, your heart relies on potassium, magnesium (transports the minerals/vites), so you always have to keep that in check.

Personally, I would keep the cycle going for the next few weeks, but I'd ramp up the carbs/sugar just a bit. and continue. Maybe give yourself a few days off of training, carb load and see how you feel.

I understand your dilema with the need to lose weight. I've been there bro, and I've trained so hard trying to get rid of the fat around my waist, and honestly, there are bro's on here who know how to lose the fat without cardio, and believe me, it's a pretty strict diet and I can't mentally do it..So I over compensate with cardio to lose the weight. I had a goal one time, before steroids, that I wanted to get down to 6% bf. I trained 2 times a day, everyday for 6 months (1 day off in the week..). I would weight train in the morning for about 30-40 minutes pretty hard and fast then I would hit the eliptical trainer for 20-35 minutes at a running speed (around 10-13 rpms) the whole time. At night, after work, I would go back to the gym and try to do 20-30 minutes or more on the cardio, or get on my bike and go for a 10-25 mile ride. I did this until I finally reached my goal. My body just didn't want to give up the fat..I used a high-tek fat scale to monitor my progress every week - so it gave me inspiration - so I knew what I had to do to lose it. Every week i'd see 1% or a tad more drop off. Eventually, my body didn't want to let it go, so I had to go into over time..then it continued..

It's tuff but you can do it. It takes time, dedication and motivation..and if that fails...do what I did ... LIPO!


rofl.. on a side note, when i did reach 6.8%, I held under 9% for about 2 years until I started steroids and then my weight fluctuated from 8% - 12% depending on the cycle. The only reason why I ended up getting lipo was because I was an idiot and tried tren and it gave me gyno. So, i told the doc, "hey , while i'm under...can u do this!?" lol.. 3600$ later..still swollen... but for some people, this is the only way and I learned this through trial and error. Some fat can be taken off while other types of fat can't..except through lipo.
 
Shit, Jag. Hope you're feeling better. Definitely take a week off. You'll be just as strong when you come back, if you decide to continue the test, maybe stronger.

Weren't you on Tren the first few weeks of your cycle, too?

npp. didn't like how it made me feel. my head would tingle like my hair was all standing up and gave me anxiety. i believe. i will try it again someday.

yea, im sure of that. that fat that went on from years of eating donuts and pudding. hehe. you guys think it's cool to go ahead with clomid and proviron?
