This came from some dude named Bigcat over at Bodybuilding.com
The problem I had with it was where he talks about EQ and Deca
being a bad mix. I agree that they are similar, but I know a few
people (myself included soon) who are getting awesome results
on this cycle. So, I emailed this dude to see what he had to say
about it, and this was his response.
Do 800 of Deca instead and get more explosive mass gains, or tell him to 800 of EQ instead and he will get leaner and bigger gains. They act in pretty much the same fashion, EQ is the stronger component and causes less water retention and the lean gains that are maintained would in essence be much greater with 800 mg of EQ than they would with 400 of each.
Deca at 800mg per week???? WHAT???? That's fucking nuts!!
I know some people who run EQ at 600 maybe even 800 but
NEVER have I heard of anybody running that much Deca. That's
just stupid. To me, this just sounds like stupid ass advise.
