How many cycles have you done and what are your stats? That info would really help other people help you! I've taken EQ at 600mgs a week and I really liked the results. I wouldn't go any lower then 400mgs a week unless its your first cycle.
I'm thinkin the bigger you are the more you need! I'm 6'3 254 lbs and doing 500mg a week. I'm not seeing the results I expected.
I'm training very hard but not over training and getting 400g of protein a day via Beef, Chicken, Eggs and 4 or 5 protein drinks a day. it's my first go at Eq so not sure what to think, but I'm pretty sure my results should be better.
