EQ users, got a Q

Hey bros, just wondering what kind of gains you bros have had with EQ alone. say, runnin EQ about 14weeks at 300-400mg per week, and also with a strict diet maybe around 2300-2500 cals, what kind of weight gain would be achieved versus strength.???

ballpark is what im lookin for. see im tryin to decide if i want to run EQ at 10weeks or 12 to 14wks and at either 300 or 400mg. I'm just going for minimal weight gain and mostly strength. 10lbs of gain is fine but wouldn't want much more than that preferably.
 
yep with that type of calorie intake your only safe bet is var or tren. eq needs to be run at 400mg minimum and for a minimum of 12-14 weeks.
 
Started a EQ only cycle 4 weeks ago, 400mgs 2X a week, and have gained 11lbs so far, but Im eating round 3500-4000 cals a day. Strength wise my gains havent just jumped out the roof but ive added bout 15lbs to my bench and round 40 on my squat. I like it thou, but next time im gonna throw sum test in.

hmm.... 2500 cals too low....what would be a sufficient amount of cals to gain muscle with EQ then???

im starting to think I might should just run Var or Var and masteron together and just leave out the EQ..........

I dont really plan on having a high calorie diet b/c im trying to stay lean.......
 
just run the var and masteron then, you need to take in 3500-5000 cals to get results with eq. its not a good steroid for restricted calories. just because it gives lean gains doesn't make it tren or anavar

aite bruce. i will omit the EQ for what I want then.

wk1-8 Var 60mg ED
wk3-8 Mast 100mg EOD

How does EQ give lean gains if you're eating so much? I've heard of EQ increasing appetite but I don't know how that would affect this answer. Eating 4000-5000 cals a day with a test/dbol cycle you wont get lean gains, why do you with EQ? thanks

ya im confused too bro. maybe you need that many cals with test too? not sure?

im gonna go with their input for now and just run var and masteron cuz bruce knows his stuff so im gonna go with it and maybe another cycle just try it out for myself and see what could happen

Currently in week 2 of 700mgs EQ, 300mgs Prop weekly will be running this for 12-14 weeks, Starting get strong and hard, with little water gain, up about 4 lbs in 10 days probley the prop. Expecting the EQ to take effect by week 3-4. First EQ/prop cycle in 3 plus yrs so I expect some solid muscle gains and a reduction on BodyFat. Stats 5' 9" 203lbs 12% BF. Throw in alittle test about 300-400mgs a week it will make a world of difference. Good luck Bro
 
you can eat 3500 cals and gain on eq. if you eat clean it shouldn't be a problem A. B eq is not going to give the strength increase and weight gain that dbol and test do. it is easier to gain on eq than naturally sure but you will not blow up. regardless you will not make gains if you don't eat enough. protein intake is very essential as well. dbol and test make you retain water and are going to make you grow more than eq will with the same calorie intake i gaurantee it.

Everyone is different but w/a good diet and gym routine, you can deff make some solid lean gains on 400 eq a week for 14 weeks. You won't see a dramitic strength gain but you'll deff pick up some nice vascularity and muscle definition.

well hell......... im seriously thinking about running a "testing" phase cycle with the EQ , and run it 14weeks, to assure that I keep it going long enough, and make sure I get 350gram of protein per day. I plan on taking in about 2500 cals, might up it closer to 3000, but I feel like i will gain unwanted weight if I take in too many cals, even if they are clean cals.

...... either way im going to take my time and drop down under 14% BF for sure.........

this is what i ran last summer
250mg test e week
400mg eq
lat 4 weeks 30mg winny
i went 14 weeks
i made nice solid gains about 8 pounds
my diet was clean except for the ocassional party weekend
vascualrity was awesome i had veins everwhere, strength was good nothing spectacular but strength went up slowly ,probably would have been better with more cals in my diet

thats real close to exactly what im looking for in a cycle as far as results bro.

i would run this personally
i have used var and had good results but ,i think this cycle gave me better results and no stress on the liver and you only need to inject once or twice a week
i think you will make good gains just keep your diet clean and keep protien high
i think any drug can be used to cut or bulk its all diet related ,of cource there are drugs that are beter suited for certain sitiuations but diet is the altimate factor
i think youll get the results your lookin for from this cycle

wk 1-14 EQ 300-400mg
wk 7-14 Var 60mg ED or Winny 50mg ED
wk 10-15 Masteron 100mg EOD

that is the cycle that i am wanting to run the most. its possible i might leave out the EQ, might just run Var only, maybe Var and Mast, but I still have a few months to decide.

this cycle looks great to me bro
i just used the test to keep the ladies happy ,not that eq gave me a loss of libido just wanted to make sure
good luck with the cycle bro that should give you some solid ass gains
