EQ....soooo hungry

I'm in Week 7 of test/eq and I want to eat everything in sight, but I can't because I'm trying to lose a little excess fat. I really hate thermogenic fat burners and don't mix well with caffeinated supps, so is there anything I can do to fill up and not feel so hungry all the time?

I fucking LOVE equipoise and the intense hunger it gives me,hella great for bulking up.........cutting on the other hand would be an intense bitch though, admittedly.you can try throwing in some trenbolone acetate into the mix,that always has a curbing effect on my appetite and I ALWAYS run equipoise with it,so I don't get often winded feeling while doing cardio.

Try drinking more h2o when the hunger comes. It was a hit or miss for me. If that didnt work I would drink a low fat shake. I know what you mean, when the hunger comes, you have to have something. FAST
 
just eat high protein and low fat. If you are doing cardio then as long as you aren't taking in a lot of carbs and fat you should be fine.
 
Well the hunger isn't going to go anywhere, so maybe I need to find some low cal food that would fill me up quicker in between meals? I hear natty peanut butter and skim milk would be the way to go
 
Last time I took EQ the hunger was insane.
I would make multiple chicken breasts and store them in the fridge, when I had to eat I would just grab a chicken breast or eat a can of dry tuna.
 
while i was on E.Q the hunger came in intense spurts

it kept me lean, veins in places i didn't think possible

but i got pretty bad anxiety from it (i'm predisposed to it anyways)

other than that i fuggin loved it

did 16 weeks at 600mg

next time i'll lower it to 400mg and stack it with prim.o and c.yp for 12-16 weeks
 
Drink a ton of water....if that doesn't cut it then V-8 always worked for me

Pretty low in calories and seems to take the edge off, just get the Low-Sodium one.
