Deca for mass, EQ more for cutting and vascularity. It depends on what you want. Although EQ can be good for mass if you use it that way, as a result of the hunger you can get from it.
well i'm looking for mass, but i was thinking EQ would help with more quality mass. i want to also have that hard muscular look, which i know that also depends on your diet.
i've done both deca and eq. I felt that deca put on a little more mass, but i did not hold the gains as long as i did with the eq. As, a matter of fact- i was still putting on mass after i went off the eq.
this is good, but run winny to week 12 so u can start clomid immediately afterwards in week 13. will keep more of your gains starting clomid right away than waiting 3 weeks to start like in the cycle above.
