EQ or Deca

For dieting EQ, for bulking deca. If you've never done winstrol, you should try it out before worrying about your joints. I've never had any joint problems on winstrol and I've used it plenty of times.
 
Thanks for the replies. I am going to go with EQ/Winny and hopefully my joints will be all right. I did like the Deca but the bloating started to get to me after awhile.
 
having used both in my first cycle ever, I can offer you some advice

I started using Eq (800mg/wk), and afterwards switched to deca (800-1000 mg/wk), and growth resumed!!!
Eq gives you more pump, perhaps is more androgenic, but deca grows a bit more, but you may get some temporary impotence from it.

I prefer deca to eq, but just because deca is 200 mg/ml and eq 50 mg/ml

no they are not. LBM (lean mass) is muscle. lean muscle. what you want.

sheer size is just that: muscle, fat, water, anything that adds pounds and size, but is not necessarily pure muscle that can be kept.
you will lose water weight after a cycle, maybe some muscle, and who really wants to add fat ?

i am getting so sick of reading your posts ..
who the fuck does a gram of gear on their first cycle. of course you fucking grew !! and there is no way eq is more androgenic than deca..
when's the last time anyone used 50mg eq anyway ? maybe some mexican shit... and my deca has always been 300mg

I guess my definition of size is different than yours. I consider your def of size = mass.
 
EQ is best of the two for cutting and i never experienced the joint pain from winny so its just a personal thing some people are more sensitive too than others.. which is how it goes with most gear you just have to give them a shot and see what stacks work best for you personally but again eq/winny sound the best for cutting

SHEER SIZE is just bigger in general, can be fat, bloat, water weight, muscle,etc.. understand.

gaining lean mass and being ripped is good for physique (in my opinion )
whereas you could bulk , gain a shitload of sheer size but have no difinition and look like the staypuft man and then need to cut it down, understand better ? hope that helps

So based on that what do you recommend for a first cycle? I have test E that I was going to run. SHould I run something different? I like to remain lean and shred down a bit if possible.
