Alright my geniuses, I have a little question for you.
What would I get more keepable gains out of:
10wks of only EQ(400mg/wk) OR
10wks of EQ(400mg/wk) along with Sust250mg/wk?

And whats the difference in gains(lbs)?

The latter would give you much more noticable results. EQ by it self, dont expect to gain much more than 10lbs throw sus in there and you can get 20lbs, 30 if it is your first cycle. You will most likely keep all of the gains with just eq and you may lose some gains with the sus added but in the end you would have gained more. Hope this helps

You would obviously grow more from the latter hence you would keep more. As far as the difference in LBS gains...well, that depends on a multitude of factors such as:

Your diet
Training
Genetics
Etc
etc
etc
 
on eq only you would keep most of what you gain but wouldnt gain as much as the second. With the sust in their you would lose more because of the water retention while on but would end up with more all around even with the loss post cycle.
 
bullshit, I am lived on eq only cycles for quite long periods as my body does well on it. never ever have done more than 600 mg least 400. my natural body now is one that has lost very little size just some tone from not working out. i take no nor have i taken any gear since May minus 1 week I was on. Eq allowed me to keep gains I made 10 -15 pounds was correct but it has increased my natural strength and size ten fold. i thinik this can only be answered by folks who have lived on eq cycles.

Your case sounds more of an extended cycle type of run?

He is asking a 10 week cycle question, in which he will gain more from the EQ + Test. How much he keeps is up to his body and habits.

If you ask me, 10 weeks is a little on the short side for EQ.
 
no, i can run eq by itself for 10 weeks and have many times. by extended yes it been over years but the gains are during the 10 week cycle and even at my age and experience i still saw gains on a 10 week cycle . now would test push the upper limits ? hell yes but in MY opinion I lose test agins very rapidly but everybody is different.
 
what would you stack with eq for best keepable results?

It is very nice of these guys to try to answer your question but the fact is no one knows what will happen if you add 250mg of test to your 400mg of eq. Simply because no one here is you and you didn't give anyone enough information to have a chance at being even in the ballpark of an accurate answer.
A better question would be "what if I added another 1000 calories a day to this cycle AND added test?" While giving more background. (See Juice Authority)
Surely if all things are equal you'll gain more with the test added and although flexed1 has done well with eq alone, as he said, it's not adviceable if your looking for size. I assume you are since you asked how much your gains will increase.
Simply put, there is no accurate answer to that question as it stands.
 
What are you looking to do here? If you want to gain some serious size then throw the sust in. If you are looking to just make quality gains and not blow up, use the EQ.

I prefer mild cycles, and ill be running EQ alone very soon. It's a nice cycle, which yeilds good keepable gains.

I EAT 3-6 TIMES A DAY AND ABOUT TO START DRINKING A MASS GAIN DRINK. 22,5'8",160LBS, BF HAS TO BE LOW! THIN LEGS BUT SOLID.

I AM ON THE SIDE OF MORE LESS KEEPING ANY GAINS I MAKE. I REALLY SHOULDN'T BLOW UP LIKE A BALLON BECAUSE OF MY JOB. BUT I DO WANT TO ADD SOME SIZE WITH SOME GOOD QUALITY ALMOST PURE MUSCLE. THATS WHY I WAS CONSIDERING EQ AND MAYBE A LITTLE TEST OR EVEN DECA.

WHAT IF I DID SUST250 FOR 2 WKS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY 10WK CYCLE WITH 400MG/WK EQ? OR BETTER YET, WHAT ABOUT DOING 400MG/WK EQ, AND 300MG/WK DECA?

I EAT ALOT OF THE CHICKENS AND HIGH IN PROTEIN FOODS ALONG WITH SOME POTATOES AND PASTAS. I WILL KEEP MY PROTEIN INTAKE UP AND STILL DRINK A 850 CALORIE MASS SHAKE BEFORE BED.(sIZE UP)

Well Big K, at 5'8 and 160 I think that you should hold off on the gear and spend some time training and getting your diet in place. You are still a little light. You eat 3 -6 times a day? A mass gain drink? thin legs but solid. hmmm....sounds like you are just getting started to me. Why not wait to grow a little before you start the gear. Spend some time doing Squat and Deadlifts for a little while.

You say that you want to keep your gains and gain only lean mass. No shit, ever hear anyone say that they want to gain a little muscle and a bunch of fat?

I gave you the best advice to date but you probably won't take it and think that I am being an ass. I am ok with that, at least I did my part. You are not ready to be taking a cycle.....but I am sure that it is already too late for that speech.

Unlike alot a beginners like myself, it is always a good thing to take the advice you are given from the pros into considersation. I respect your answer as you respected my question. Thanks for your opinion.

I will wait and get back into the gym because I have been out for about a month and lost a little but have been able to keep my weight up. Just 2 months ago, I was at 145lbs. I think I will straighten up my diet and when I go back to the gym, hitt it for about 3-6 months, then cycle.

OK Big K, I take my hat off to you for taking my advice like a champ. The only reason I said what I did is because I wish that someone would have told me to wait before starting the gear.

I am a little short on time but I will send you some good information on diet. At least hold off for a few months....set some goals for yourself in the short term and see how well you can commit to those. I will talk more about it soon.

Track your diet for a week and see where you are at as far as the macro nutrients. Spend a little time getting to know your body and what you respond best too. There is a good chance that you could kick my ass....I am just lover ;)
