i'm going to start my cycle with test e 350mg/e5d, 400mg eq/ew. but before i start i have some questions. My plan is to gain lean mass. So my question is based on food intake. Whats better for lean mass..that i intake more healthy fats, more proteins and less good carbs or more proteins and carbs and less fats. So for example: i have 84kg so i need about 3200kcal for mass build or more beacause i have fast metabolism. so whats better that i intake about 350g of protein, 300g carbs and about 80-90g fats or 350g proteins, 200g carbs and 120-150g fats? Carbs and fats will be heatly, no holesterol, no sugar etc. i will intake most of the carbs around the training (a meal before training, durring training and in 2 meals after training)
