EQ and dbol -- Would it cause puffy tits?

I am on week three of 300mgs EQ and only one week into dbol at 25mgs injection once a day. I thinks its all in my head but I noticed that the area just under my tits is a little puffy. Its not visable and thier is no tenderness in either the tit or nipple. When I apply light pressure with my finger I feel a small thin mass between the tit and pecs. I have less than 8%bf if that matters any.
My question is: Is this just a temporary side from the dbol or should I start taking nolvadex?

I think it's just in your head but if you're worried start some nolv. and see what happens!

it might be water from the d-bol, if you have enough naolvadex, i say start taking it, better safe than sorry

I reckon is better to be safe than sorry. 20mgs nolva per day should be good.

You can definitely get gyno from d-bol and eq. Make sure you check to see how sensitive your
nipple is.
