Epi first cycle dosage

Hi there,

I'm currently considering Epi for my first ds cycle and I'm just wondering about the dosage. I know many people would recommend 30mg ed for 6 weeks, but I have also heard that going for a higher dosage would be appropriate depending on your size. I am 98kg (at around 18% bf), so should I stick with 30mg ed or maybe move up to 40mg at some stage during the cycle?

start at 20mg and work your way up to 40mg if you can handle it. Epistane can give you a headache and make you feel realy dry because of its antiestrogenic properties.

Basically listen to your body and adjust the dosage accordingly.

30mg should be plenty, most times going higher in dosages doesnt actually help at all. run at 30mg for most of cycle and you will get better results, make sure to keep an eye on the bp and have your support supps as well as a pct lined up.
