When taking ephedrine as part of an eca stack, how much should be taken each dose and how many doses per day.

I agree w/ muchmass as far as how much to take. you can work your way up to 3x a day if you can handle that much caffeine. i myself cannot handle 600 mg of caffeine in one day.

Yep, three tabs(20mg-25mg) per day with a 200mg caffeine tab per dose is the max dosage; Start low and go up.

I think I read that a ratio of 3:1 is best caffine to ephedrine. I do two days on and two off and then clen on the other two days for a few weeks with good results.

All they have here in my pharmacies are stuff like bronchaid, they still have ephedrine in 'em, is that good enough? Cuz it has other things in it as well.

OK good, i got Primatene, which contains 12.5 mg of Ephedrine HCL, so i take 2 of those, 1 tab of caffeine 200 mg, and an aspirin tab of 325mg. All at once.

Im up to 2x a day. In the morning i wake up, then, an hour before i work out.

This shit suppresses hunger like whoa.

It was never outlawed. Natural ephedra was banned by the fda from diet products - but still allowed in natural chinesse medicine. Banned because of the Baltimore pitcher who had a condition... go figure. Baseball players f$ck everything up! (joke)

ephidrine hcl, or course, is available. because it's sythetic and, well, some rather big companies would rather it still contribute to their bottom line.
