Ephedrine make u faster?

Eh? If anything ephedrine will decrease his effectiveness, as it will drastically lower his endurance.

I never take ephedrine prior to heavy physical activity....perhaps after, but never before.
 
Ok lads now im confused.

If ephedrine makes you more explosive and faster, and is used by NFL players ets...doesn't that affect their endurance.
I'm sure it won't have that much off an effect on mine will it?
 
Also, won't ephedrine make you more energised, so surely this will maybe boost endurance rather than hinder

very true. but everybody knows the risks with efedrine. i dont think runners should use it long term. but 50mg pre whatever you need it for will work like magic.

ok bro..well in a game of football, 2 halves, each consisting of 45 minutes which total 90 minutes overall.

Will that be a lot, I mean there will be periods in the match where I will have to perform quick bursts of speed I.e. When i have to outpace opposition player. This is where I'm hoping ephedrine will give me that added edge.

Also, it'll be like constant running, which will vary...i'm just wondering it won't be too dangerous will it?

What are the danger signs apart from obvious heart beat racing away
 
I've been to the hospital twice because of Ephedera...both times it was my fault.

I wouldnt use it during football but thats my opinion.

STAY HYDRATED. I CANNOT overstate this, both times I got fucked by it I wasnt staying hydrated.
 
I work in a Hockey Arena and most hockey players use it.
The coaches and trainers give it to the players from midget junior age.
It's nothing to give them 100 mg per game.
Even female midget and university players are taking 50-100, mg per game.
Many are playing with fire.
 
I used to take an ECA stack before my a football game and during half time. I got into a habit where I felt like I couldn't play well without having it in me. It definetly helped me in the 4th quarter and mad me more explosive off the ball, why do you think people always take it before lifting?
