Only ran it for a week (then got sick), but didn't feel much off it. Mind you, I was doing clen for 2 weeks before that, and that I DID feel!

yes and no.
it all depends what you value more.
i used to absolutely love efedrine!
in fact, couldnt workout without it.
but my cns was so destroyed that i FORCED myself to stay off it.
it got to a point that i had zero energy to get out of bed.
i slept a 10 hour night, and another 3-4 hours in the afternoon and STILL was very tired.
this was after prolonged efedrine use.
it took 10 days of non-stop sleeping and eating to get back to somewhat of a normal state.
now, only on rare occasion ill pop 50mg knowing very well the next day is gonna be a nightmare.
