Geeze, I take 1 tab (20mg) about 15 minutes prior....can't imagine much more than that.....

This is what I do at around 7am everyday.I try not to use it if I dont need it though the shit can get addictive.Like the days I dont take it I notice I am draging ass all day.

I take it (Super Caps) before lifting and cardio and no problems. Great energy booster in the gym.
