Ephedrine/Caffeine on empty stomach?

Is taking the stack right when you wakeup the best time? I also heard 30-40 min prior to training/cardio, but my lifting is pretty intense and it raises my heart rate to the point where I dont want the EC to make it even worse.
 
thx omega, well I do cardio after lifting, I lift for 1 1/2 hrs, do you think that will be enough time to start cardio. My cardio isnt HIT, so should I be concerned?

If all this is a problem can I just take the EC right as I wake up?
 
My low carb pre contest breakfast consists of vivarin and ephedrine with a shot of Winnie-but that's only cuz I'm used to training on an empty stomach about an hr after I get out of bed. Then again, gaining size isn't a problem for me-so my concern is burning off extra calories and stored fat.
 
if you take the EC when you wake up it MAY not elevate you as much since your Core Body Temp is low as opposed to the late morning and afternoon.

the EC will exert most of its Ergogenic Benfifits near Prewokout.

if your not doing low intesity cardio of course thats a better then HIT.
 
gotcha, Im not really using the EC as a pre-workout boost, but more of a thermogenic & appetite suppressant. Im pretty callused to stims after using products such as Amp and etc... so unless anyone objects Im gonna try 25/200 when I wakeup and see how that goes.
