I think gas stations are selling ephedrine now again as a "bronchodialtor/expectorant" which it does. Kinda as a cold medicine. there is synephrine too or pseudoehedrine maybe kinda the same. try those or maybe order. not sure where though.

If you are using it for energy/weight loss there are better alternatives like Phentermine. I got Bontril from pillstore.com a while back. All you have to do is fill out a questionnaire saying yes I’m fat and they have a doctor sign off on it. Of course you pay double the pharmacy price. Or like most gear, you can also get it OTC in Mexico. (IMO that’s ill advised)
But if you are asking for an Ephedra source so you can cook something else, shame on you.

I could be wrong but I thought it was completely banned, not added to a restricted schedule. (?) Even though I still see it at gas stations everyday.
I’ve also seen where states are taking different positions on Ephedra since technically it’s a herb it may not fall under FDA control.
I’m sure this one will be in the courts for years.

Ephedra is ILLEGAL in the USA, EphedrINE HCL is LEGAL (sold in a combo as a bronchodilator/expectorant)

Who's the guy telling people Phentermine is better than ephedra? There's a reason most bodybuilders don't use it. It does not have the anti-catabolic muscle sparing qualities of ephedra. Ephedrine Hcl is legal over the counter in most states as a lung decongestant. If not it is easy to find over the web.

Any wal-mart/rite-aid etc. also carry primatene tablets (12.5mg ephedrine and 200mg guaifenesin/expectorant per/tab)--inexpensive.
Funny how the FDA and media made such a big stink about the whole thing and yet it can still be bought OTC, but I'm not complaining.

The problem with the herb is that unless it is "standardized" there is no way to know the amount of ephedrine in the dose and will vary from batch to batch. Easy to take too much or not enough.
I realize he asked for "ephedra" but IMO it makes more sense to buy the ephedrine since it's already in a measured, standardized form, and readily available.
If he still wants the herb someone already posted the link.
