I usually don't go past 75mgs a day. One in the morning, maybe one afternoon and one before I work out. I have been using it for a long time now, but comming off is a pain in the ass. I was told that if you werent using it for dieting purposes (6 a day) or 150mgs/day, that you could use it everyday at low doeses and not nescesarily come off it. Input?
