Ephedra is where ephedrine comes from. The difference is like asking if you like coffee or caffeine pills better?

I like ephedrine HCL better than ephedra...

To me Ephedra was hit and miss often times , and sometimes it was just WAY too much for me
Whereas 25 mg of Ephedrine always seems pretty level...

I have used both and I prefer the herb, mahung, it seems to have less sides , it’s less intense as bronchial dilator and more increase in over all energy. But that’s just me
