Enough rest?

Does it have enough rest? It looks like there are no rest days at all...

Could I make it so I have a few rest days or would that screw up the program?

It does have rest days, I seen two .... just make shure you follow it exactly, get enough sleep and eat properly, and see how it goes....

What would be better, this or that Old school 3 day split routine...for size?
