Hey all,
Just joined the forum... have been in in UK forums and T nation, thought if im in the US might as well try a domestic forum. I have been reading up on some posts for the last month.... very good info.... glad to be here!!!

Just wondering if anyone had any luck with an endurance only increasing roid, and if so what was it? Gear I have taken strictly for bulk and Ill be running a bunch of triathalons this spring/summer. I was told Winny V was a good choice, but instead of that in my past I have just concentrated on a good diet... blah blah.

Stats:
6'2" 215lbs
16% bf
On Gear 230 lbs, 19% bf

first two cycles both
Deca D 400 mg /week EW
Iran Test E 500 mg/ week EW
Jabs on Mon/ Thur

thanks for the help

Winny-V is a pro-hormone
very true but
Winthrop Veterinary = Winstrol V
the veterinary version of Winstrol i think i heard called that and thats why sdi called there crap that
im hopin he was talkin about the real deal
if he wasnt then hes wasted a lot of money and time

Winstrol is a bad choice for endurance as it tends to cause joint pain in many people. Best steroid for endurance is probably EQ like Krishna said, as it has a significant effect on erythropoeisis, red blood cell production. The more RBC's you have, the more oxygen you can carry in your blood. Anadrol increases RBC's a good bit also, but it tends to have many more sides than EQ and lots of excess water weight. If you want something that's not an actual steroid, direct EPO is the best thing, that's what most endurance athletes at high levels use. Testosterone also can help, as higher test levels improve resistance to lactic acid pain and therefore increase tolerance of high-level, long-term aerobic exercise like triathalons. EQ and especially test do aromatize though, so I'd take an AI with them to keep away excess water. AIFM works very well for this.

I could be wrong, and someone correct me if i am, but the elevated RBC goes away very rapidly after discontinuing EQ (or probably any other AAS that increases it). Just something to keep in mind if you wanted to use it for the sole purpose of endurance.

Not true. Once formed, RBC's live approximately 3 months. So after stopping the EQ, you'll still have an elevated hematocrit for at least 3 months, probably 4.
