end of first, already looking towards 2nd, any suggestions

Well, today is the last day of my 6 week cycle (50mg d-bol/ed), and I am quite happy with the results thus far. I've gained about 20 lbs total, added 55lbs to my bench, and am noticably bigger. After about the 4th week i was at a peak in weight, at about 195, but there was a noticeable amount of bloat. By the end of the 4th week, i had dropped to 190, and there was noticeably less water retention. Today is the last day and im weighing in at 188. I am already looking forward to my next cycle as i know this wasnt the best choice in cycles. I start football camp on august 16th, and want some pro's suggestions on what they recommend for my next cycle. Any ideas let me know!
 
Are you running some kind of post-cycle therapy for your Dbol cycle??? I sure hope so...

If not, try running some Nolva, Clomid, Zinc, Avena Sativa, Calcium D Glucarate, Milk Thisle whatever you can hands on ASAP.

As for second cycle.

500 mg Test Enanthate/ week for 10 weeks is plenty.
 
50mgs d-bol a day for a first cycle? Not a good choice IMO. I will be willing to bet that if you are doing time on time off, you lose everything before you start again including most of your strength. For the 2nd, I would go:

test 250 1-10
eq 400 1-10

And that is it. Follow up with proper therapy. Stick to smaller, safer amounts while you are just beggining. Football camp? Are you still in highschool? Your body is no where even close to being through developing yet. You shouldn't be using period. But if you are, learn a little more first. Not a flame, just a recommendation. BamBam
 
and yes i know it wasnt the best cycle, i've had many threads about this in the past, lol
 
You had better use something that will get out quickly if you are playing football. Maybe, winny, prop. Something like that. BamBam

nope, and i dont care if people think im on gear either, i just want to get big and fast. Im currently 6'1" and 188lbs, i want to be 215-230 by next summer
