No cardio. Lifted heavy the whole time. Only low calorie meals until week 6. Worked out 6 days a week. I never weigh myself so I have no idea what my before/after weights were. I believe I'm about 195lbs.

Bench went up about 100lbs
Leg press skyrocketed about 350lbs
Calves, bi's, tri's, delts, traps, and hamstrings all went up considerably, as expected.

The tren workouts were ROUGH. I was winded like an old smoker and sweat like a wet sponge. But I stuck it out and always finished my workouts regardless.

Dont you hate being lethargic in the gym, i dont know how tren winded you, but understand the sweats. I got similar gains in strength when i got on tren years ago.
 
nice work bro. Big improvement over your prexisting look, but it looks like you have a major bump on your right chest, even after the cycle pics. Is that hard? You might have to get that surgically removed if you can't wipe it out with some nolva/letro combo.

I'd run hcg mon, weds, friday at 1000 ius each mon,wed, friday if you have a 10,000 iu bottle for the next 3 weeks. run nolva pct as well..
 
NICE JOB BRO.! Very motivating, and I could only hope to see that much improvement by the end of my cycle. I still got 7 weeks left, so we'll see. AGAIN NICE WORK!
