Which is better for Optimizing a male's hormonal profile it terms of high test-low estrogen and generally more masculine?

1) lots of muscle mass(gain 20 more lb. of muscle)

or

2) low body fat; below 10 % (get ripped; aiming for below 10% bf)

or

3) BOTH Maybe it's really a combination of getting lots of muscle mass then maintaing low bf level...

lets say if one were to go through getting ripped or more buffed themselves and compare there hormones

Educated Answers and theroies based on experience are great and wished...
 
Actually, neither is a huge factor though ones hormonal profile will effect both.

Would you say everyone naturally has a potenial phyique which are results of their hormnonal prfoile and you cant improve them naturally?

Oh, I think it can be improved naturally. I just don't think growing more muscle or getting into ultra low BF levels will necessarily raise T or lower e a whole lot. (Beyond having normal healthy levels) If anything, too low a BF% may lower T due to the stress it induces to maintain.
