Do NOT open any email you may receive with test, steroids, bodybuilding etc in the subject line unless you KNOW the sender. I just received the "worm" virus through this type of email. I was lucky since my Norton program caught it. THis was sent to my operamail which I only use on my weight training boards.

thanks for the info. I'm glad you caught yours before it spread. Though I thought e-mail viruses can only be transmitted through the attachment. Is that what you had, an attachment?
