I am in week 3 and am nothing shirt of amazed with how things are turning out, I am actually in week 4 of tb500. I started early. Goals are to slowly gain size strength and explosive power geared towards athleticism 210 would be a nice weight going no higher than 12% bf. staying at 10% would be even better.
I work a construction shift 14 on 7 off
Quite physical carpentry work and train 6 days a week after work sometimes more. No alcohol while on cycle no adding this or that during cycle going to stick with the plan. Other than saying my cycle is too long, is there any other criticism? Of

Going as planned I will stop.
Example of diet
5 am meal 1. 25 grams whey mixed with 1.5 cups raw oats , slice of brown toast with 2 eggs over easy, 3 slices tomato, half cup cooked oatmeal with handful of blueberries
10am - 1 cup raw oats /25 grams whey, 10 egg whites, half can tuna salad mixture ( celery, cucumber), handful of almonds
130 pm , 1 cup raw oats mixed with phytoberry, 1 can sardines low sodium, 10 egg whites , bunch of celery
4pm ( pre workout), 1 cup oats 35 grams whey
530 workout, 20, minutes high pace cardio followed by 40-60 minutes explosive exercises , somedays I just pump up to let the body rest but hit curls and pullups , less demanding work. Also throw in the odd 5x5 strength day. I stretch and hit core everyday aswell

Total calories unknown but protein is high and I work hard all day fat is reasonable and carbs are high
