Elite, I need your ADVICE

More importantly....do what makes you happy. There will never be enough money (at least for me). Even if I made $150,000 a year, I'd still go through it like shit through a goose.

Choose the option that will let you wake up in the morning and look forward to the day and going to work. If that's doing nothing and getting paid for it....or doing something productive and creative and not have the great instant income....be a Happy Havoc. LOL

The older I get the more I just want to be happy with each day, and help people get what they want......

Good luck brother.......

This is so true! The more you make...the more you spend.

door #2. you still have other means of income besides your main job, knicka. and the house can wait. go take job #2 which obviously entails 3 or 4 more floors of bathrooms full of nasty fucking dookie-filled toilets to clean up, plus you may have some people working under you to take under your wing. this is responsibility, my man. just remember that there is no future in your fronting. numbah 2.

I think you have to look at your quality of life. Where do you think you'd be happier? While compensation is extremely important, I think job satisfaction is probably more so. Most big companies today care little for the people, it's all about profits. I have learned this the hard way this year by having to lay off managers that worked for me that I cared about and respected. In the end the decisions were made based on business need and profitability, not on these peoples contributions to the company.

While I like my job for the most part, despite these facts, my ten year plan is to save, save, save, and then semi-retire in my 40s and do something I truly love as opposed to hustle my ass in the corporate world. My job today is simply a means to an end and not the end itself. Anyway, do what you think is right, and what will bring you more satisfaction.

Zebo, Supersizeme, Schweeler, Kronk, you guys are solid, great advice.
Here is what I am going to do, after about 1 hour on the phone.

I'm going to take the job offered by my company, I talked to my other possibility and asked them to empathize with me, they said take the job due to the fact that the first months over here are going to be slow, they want to build me up first, like an upcoming movie and shit, and gradually make me Ninja status in the company, which is fine and understandable, I will do my job that I just accepted which is 40 hours a week, work off an on through the week at this other opportunity for about 10 hours a week, building myself up , letting niggas know what I'm about, and gradually build up my clientele, when one outweighs the other that is when I will say "goodbye" to one of them, all of this along with my store should keep me busier than Supersizeme during nap time at a cub scout retreat. peace

lol...if you had given "both" as an option i think we all would've agreed on that.
i realize you don't want to get specific about this other job on the board...but this is not some multi-level marketing pyramid bullshit type position you are about to get into is it? the whole "build up your clientele" has a disconcerting ring to it. am i going to open up my door one day and see a 245lb robot trying to get me to renew my Maxim subscription while upright rowing a two plated bar?

Are you going to replace Tony Little on the Informercial Circut?!!!

Bwaaaa, LOL, that would be your "Home Decorating" subscription, no , it has nothing to with that, its an opportunity in the health and fitness field that is actually easy to succeed in, but patience is essential.
At first I did not know that both were an option, now when I talked to the other opportunity and told them my situation, they were like "say fool, do dem both kid", I was like "damn son, you fuckas is on time". peace
