Got on it at the gym for 45 mins today i was soaked awsome i love it. Had my hartrate between 130-180 the whole time and real real nice on the joints

Hell yea like 20 mins into it im like damn along way to go then after the 30 min mark i get like a second wind kicking in and its intence as hell from there

Give up a big "Hell Yea" for the Elip's...

We have Precor Elipticals at my Gym and I like to crank the ramp up to like a 15 and the resistance set high.

Puddle City on the Mat after I get done..
