Elbows

I did real heavy scull crushers tonight. My elbows usally bother me after this exercize, but I get over it. Tonight however, after my last set of them I went to do some reverse grip pull downs and my left elbow hurt pretty bad. It felt as if it were going to come through the skin. It has loosened up a bit and I'm icing it now. My question is, is it possible I've damaged some tendons or ligements? It's right on the elbow where the pain is, not between the joints.
Any advise would be appreciated.
 
same problem here youare just too damn strong lol joke but seriously go get those neoprene elbow wraps(more like sleeves) from a sporting goods store i wear them for an upper body pushing exercise and i swear by them pain has been diminished 80% and i am dieitng to so i have less water to "pad" me
 
skull crushers are notoriously hard on the elbows
unneccesary movement, and u r likely to hurt your elbows more if you continue
