Elbow sleeves on DE lower day on Wednesday...makes for little to no bicep tendon pains on DE upper day on Thursday!!

Those are the days I have to wear my light ones, or my elbows start acting up something awful.

Been wearing my Rehbands this week just to stay "familiar" with them. They are much different than my light ones.

i wear them everytime im benching, squatting or doing goodmornings, it helps alot imo.

and for benching, it really doesnt take away from any exercises, or make it easier, it just keep the elbow warm.

and if your elbows are particuarly hurting one day, put on some liniment and then the sleeves, it intensifies the liniment by at least 9000 times.
