A couple of weeks ago I noticed a pain in my elbow. I am pretty sure one of two things I am doing is causing it. I'm guessing its either hammer curls (dumbbell) or hands-together (feet apart) pushups. I just did both of these and my elbow made a poping noise during the pushups. Anyone guess the suspect and make a substitution recommendation? One thing, I can't do close-grip bench presses to sub for the pushups (I use a dumbbell bench and can't get into possition with enough wt).
