Dietary Cholesterol does not really effect blood cholesterol, its saturated fat that your liver is more likely to convert to blood cholesterol. I dont think 4-6 whole eggs a day is a problem.
I buy egg whites in a 1 litre carton similar to a milk carton.
Costs about $4 (AU) from the health food shop, about the same as a dozen eggs but contains ten times the egg whites.
Best way to do it IMO
