Fully developed or partially. Sounds like Balut then. I saw a show, i think on NGC, was about Taboo foods and Balut was one of them. Those south Asian provinces are big into that, along with dog too. Two things I never want to look at again on google image search, Balut and Harloquin Babies

Ya balut... Well it doesn't walk like a duck or quack like a duck so I guess it's not a duck lol but it's got feathers, beak an eyes so it's developed enough for me to pass.

It doesn't look good, but that is psychological. I doubt though it has real different aphrodisiac properties from any regular fertilized egg. But I'm talking out of ignorance. I'd give it a try though. However, my daily half dozen raw organic eggs have great results!
