Eggology

To all of you who are tired of seperating out egg yolks from the whites. There is a product out called Eggology. It's all egg whites, no yolks.

The container holds about 3 1/2 servings, and there is about 13g of protien per serving.

The only bad thing is that it costs me about $5 a pop. I found it at the local Whole Foods/Fresh Fields store in the egg section.

Anybody else have experience with this stuff? Are there websites from which I could order it?

All the grocery stores I have been in have had an egg substitute (whites only & pasteurized ) for the past 7 or more years-
*I do not like the texture of fresh whites the substitute is best for me *

look for: egg beaters. just whites or grocery store brand they are either with the eggs or in the frozen food section prices vary-I buy them by the quart

If you are interested you cab buy powdered pasteurized egg whites brand DEB-EL $5 for 57 whites

I agree... there is no reason to buy these expensive eccology whites...

the egg beaters and such are just a great, they are cheaper too.
