So I am getting tired of regular Egg Whites.... So I have been adding a few mushrooms, green pepper and some onion to it and scrambling it up. Makes eating it SO much better and tasty.
Goals....trying to lose a little BF, drop the 10lbs I gained while being sick, get my muscles back
Are these few veggies going to make it tougher to meet my goals? I think no, since the amounts are so little and low carb. But looking for others opinions and thoughts.... Anyone?
