Egg shake,

I get 12 eggs straight from the fridge crack and put in a blender, yoke and all.
Then 3 scoops of protien powder,

1/4 of a can of frozen mix juice (like fruit or mango punch) Orange and lemon taste nasty when you mix it.

A bannana

some strawberrys if I have any.

Blend it all up. Knock it back and head to the gym.

I mash up the place when I get there. lol
 
It turns me into a ANIMAL at the gym...


20 minutes before leg workout is Crazy..

I notice the difference if I don't drink it.
 
Nice combo of nutrients in that.......just one question tho: I've read in lots of places that consuming raw eggs doesn't really allow for fast absorbtion of the protein and might actually slow digestion somewhat......plus there's the risk of getting salmonilla, so wouldn't replacing all the raw eggs w/ more whey powder b more beneficial?
 
kudos to you for that "shake" if it works, do it. However, if I tried that, I would blow my "o-ring" clear across the gym. Damm that would suck.
