Effects on running

sprinting is not the same as endurance running.

there is a lack of understanding on this subject on these boards and people should NOT post unless they understand what they are talking about.. thats how people like the OP cripple their times. being given incorrect information on this subject

sprinters do not look like endurance runners PERIOD. they don't train the same, they don't look the same, they don't eat the same.

there are TWO ways and TWO ways only for endurance athletes to increase their time using tricks.. training at high elevation leading up to their race, and sleeping in a chamber.. THATS IT> and they need to train their asses off and put in a ton of miles. when i was an endurance runner i would run 45 miles per week leading up to my half marathons. thats how you improve.

its impossible to run when you have pumps.. cannot happen, will not happen. not even up for a debate
 
also yes pro/olympic athletes juice but it is not the same way bodybuilders juice. not even close. unless you have someone to guide you most likely it will only hurt you in the long run.

also now with new 'chems' out there things are changing rapidly and you can go off of what was posted online from years/decades ago.
 
Yeah you need to ignore basically all dosing and other stuff on bodybuilding sites.. they DON'T even do what would consider cardio
They talk about pumps on only some things I ran test prop 75mg eod and thought was gonna die... back and calf pumps. im not a distance runner but college level wrestling and mma. So usually stretch after warm ups and eventually kinda work itself out but when go for 3-6 mile runs were horrible.
