sprinting is not the same as endurance running.
there is a lack of understanding on this subject on these boards and people should NOT post unless they understand what they are talking about.. thats how people like the OP cripple their times. being given incorrect information on this subject
sprinters do not look like endurance runners PERIOD. they don't train the same, they don't look the same, they don't eat the same.
there are TWO ways and TWO ways only for endurance athletes to increase their time using tricks.. training at high elevation leading up to their race, and sleeping in a chamber.. THATS IT> and they need to train their asses off and put in a ton of miles. when i was an endurance runner i would run 45 miles per week leading up to my half marathons. thats how you improve.
its impossible to run when you have pumps.. cannot happen, will not happen. not even up for a debate
