Yeah I have found that to. What don't make sense is professional endurance athletes do blood doping to raise their rbc count and thats what aas do and it kills endurance.
^^^ you need to do more research my friend on why that is.
think about it this way. one of those ways is fooling the body into thinking it has more RBC creating a gap. the other way is actually increase RBC. there is a difference between the two.
when you increase work on the body to pump blood it is bad for endurance. it makes perfect sense.
Hi I am currently using test cyp. At 400mg a week and eq at 400 mg a week. I am a avid runner and tried this to build endurance and build back some of the muscle and strength running eats off of me. The strength and muscle part is going great but it has killed my running my legs get pumped and feel heavy and it has slowed my pace terrible. I am on my 4 th week and wondering if this should change at all.
I dunno much about running, what i know is Red blood cell count increases endurance, thats why alot of sprinters juice, they dont use alot of compounds or high dose like weight lifters but they def use some to get extra advantage..
The truth is, and I have said this many times before, AAS CAN increase endurance BUT its a very fine line and just how much to take for best endurance gains varies from person to person. You have to start low, test and retest, both via lab work and endurance tests to find your own personal sweet spot. It takes a lot of time, money and patience which most folks dont have unless your an elite athlete and every little bit counts.

Weird
I ran my ass off on that same exact cycle and had excellent results. Got Vascular and shredded. I did notice a lil hit to my endurance but not enough to stop me.
Are you drinking enough water?
If you can run for 10 minutes without having to stop and piss its not enough.

and an elevated RBC causes the blood to thicken and the heart to work harder to pump the blood which in turn causes an enlarged heart. As ive stated, endurance gains can be had but its a very narrow window you need to find and stay in for the best benefit.
Wasn't germany in trouble back in the 70s for doping their summer olympics team with tbol to increase performance. I havent done any research but something to look into. Im of course assuming their track athletes were on it.
