Hi I am currently using test cyp. At 400mg a week and eq at 400 mg a week. I am a avid runner and tried this to build endurance and build back some of the muscle and strength running eats off of me. The strength and muscle part is going great but it has killed my running my legs get pumped and feel heavy and it has slowed my pace terrible. I am on my 4 th week and wondering if this should change at all.
 
nope expect to lose time off your runs. especially if you are a longer distance runner.

ur max HR is gonna drop about 10-15 digits on juice. also the pumps are impossible to stop if you run cause there will be a tremendous amount of blood flow to your leg muscles which is made worse by juicing.

i have told runners many times that juicing and running doesn't mix on here. i know cause i used to be a competitive runner

pick your poison.. do you want to focus on bodybuilding or running? cannot be successful at both. you can be good at both i suppose, but not great.

bodybulders have differnet bodies than endurance runners for a reason.
 
Thanks I can see that now but most of the stuff I had read claimed that aas built endurance but it killed mine.

id cut both dosages in half and see if that helps.. but it will still take a few weeks to see improvements

for now start mega dosing taurine and go low carb before the run.. still gonna suck but might help a bit
 
where did u read that myth that juice improves endurance???!!! it certainly wasn't this board!

there are some guys who say they improved their endurance on juice, those are the guys who likely never ran before .. yeah if you never ran before and you juice and start running you will improve your endurance.. but guys who run a lot and run say a 6 minute mile which is very solid will see their times get crippled on juice.

i was running 45 miles a week.. sub 5 minute miles. 17 minute 5K's.. i took dbol and at half a mile my calf muscles felt like they were gonna explode. so i have no idea how you can improve your running when your calf turns into sand bags.

as a runner you should understand how max heart rate works and how that dictates your top line speed, now with juice your RBC count goes sky high. so you are pumping more blood in less time. hence your max heart rate will go down, which will cause your top line speed to go down. make sense?
 
Yes now it does and I have dropped almost 2 min a mile off my pace and I havnt been able to get my heart rate over 170 because my leg pumps cause me to slow my pace. Before aas I could get my hr to hit 190
 
I will cut my dosage in half and hope to be able to maintain some speed. I can still run as much as I want now I just can't carry the fast pace I usually do.
 
^^^ where did u hear it does ? i am just curious.

EPO could help but it comes with a ton of sides and isn't talked about on steroid sites cause its not a bodybuilding AAS. also training at high altitudes or spending the night in a chamber would be the best ways to get an edge. i've always had the most success getting in a lot of mileage ahead of my road races and getting a lot of sleep.. if i didn't i would struggle on race day
 
I found it just doing searches on the effects of steroids and eq was one of the ones that was supposed to be best for endurance.
 
I find that i even have less endurance lifting because of the muscle pumps but at the same time my max lifts are going up and I am putting on lean muscle.
