Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I have a minor case of 'puffy nips' it's natural. It is slighty receeding due to my low body fat however it is still slightly noticeable. After I went on a tanning session I noticed that it looks alot better, darker and the thicker so it isen't as noticeable. If you have puffy nips then get a real nice dark tan, it thickens the nipple part so the fat beneath it doesent push out so easily. Thickening of the dermis is a natural response to tanning. Also my body looks 10 times better with a nice tan so all around tanning is a very essential part to body building. It also makes veins more visable

I'm another with that problem, and hopefully with the lower body fat it'll get a little less noticeable. I plan to start tanning this month, but it's not going to be easy since I'm a pretty white dude.
