I think the synch problem goes deeper than that. But yeah, it's a good start, enable NTP and set the threshold to like 5 seconds.

Yeah... I know its deeper than that.

But at least if they are on the same minute then you will eliminate a lot of the problem.

I suggested it cuz its very easy, and will go a long way.

I don't wanna go into the negative aspects of the board, so I'm gonna try and keep it positive...which isn't easy for me.

Some guidelines for mods and/or a User's Bill of Rights would be a great start.

Stickies annoy the shit out of me, so keeping that power limited to GS and EF_Sam would be nice.

Keep bannings to an IP level ban. Banning a handle is a joke, and they always come back.
