You can buy a thermometer to check when the temp is right. I used to cook the hell out of mine too and had to choke that fuggin chicken jerky down every day.

pound it thin, sautee on high heat for like 3 minutes on each side to get a good sear....that's all you need. off the heat and let it sit for a few minutes. the residual heat will cook it while it sits.

Ever look at the sodium on the meat tenderizers? Nasty ass shit!

I just bake them. I use those Mrs. Dash marinades, they don't have any sodium. Just throw them in a bag with the marinade overnight and bake them in a dish covered with foil.

I'm a very good cook, but I don't feel like cranking out a fuggin' spread every couple of days.

word, once you've got it thin, properly cooking it is, of course, quicker. medium heat, and you're good. when i'm concerned about the meat being properly cooked, i just cut open a piece and check to make sure it's white on zee inside.

i don't follow any of this, i'm too lazy to cook. i buy my shit from the prepared foods counter at WF. still shitty, though. i hate eating, even though my calorie requirements are relatively low.

No way. Simple daily recipes. Fast and easy. They take no longer than 10-15 minutes to prepare.

Christ, I don;t have a Martha Stewart living w/ me. :)

I use herbs a lot, cook chx in yogurt and curry, make turkey meatloaf, shit like that.

after many yrs of baking chicken, i've gone to pan frying
marinade
cut into strips
pan fry with olive oil
good shit

the first time i ever made chicken it was delicious, and then every single time after that it's tasted like shit

Never alone. Not in over six months. It's a record.

chicken doesn't take as long as you think it does to cook...as long as there isn't any pink inside...those tenderizors have way to much salt for my taste.
