EF home page posts?

If I dare ask, who the fuck regulates the home page and the posts that are appearing on it? Today there was a post from a guy openly asking for source information and another by some dingdong that did not know what an abscess was and had one. I maybe foolish or over analytical, but for all intensive purposes I feel it would be far more beneficial to our community and the board to make sure shit like this does not end up on the home page of this site. Just a thought. But, WTF do I know?

The posts that show up on the home page as the "current threads" are always threads that originate at midnight, and since I am always on then you can find me posting on all those threads. They will show up as the current threads all day long, until midnight tonight...
