well i was just kind of sick about t-nation and all of those other sites having groups and saying they were the best. i figured why the hell shouldn't we have a group? were as good as them. we should have EF pride in our everyday life aside from our nicknames on here. thats why i made it.

someone explain to me please the big deal about facebook? I have myspace and is great for keeping up with friends, and my number 1 tool to promote my events... never had facebook or even been on the website i dont think

its way better because of the no spam basically. myspace is a spam frenzy now. all the events i make go on facebook. fb = myspace on roids.

It is kinda the same but I find it a lot easier to find old frienda people from grade school etc kinda cool to see what people have become. I now lots of promoters for BB and club stuff and they do a lot on there as well. Great for group invites for stuff like birthdays etc.
