ED vs EOD dosing explained!

now recalculate adding another 12hours to the half life of the eod shot since it is twice the bolus size and see what your results are.

Huh? Bolus size? You're gonna have to explain...

hey man could you plug e3rd day into that model instead of eod???

JoBU...The halflife of tren acetate is 72 hours(3 days), please redue the numbers so we can be 100% correct in the graphs! Thanks!

Okay...

With a 3 day half life and the same 50mg ED/100mg EOD dosing:

With either ED or EOD dosing, system concentrations buildup and stabilize in about 14 days. So we're getting closer to the 2-3 week build up theory.

Dosing 100mg EOD results in system levels maxing out at ~270mg with an interdose range of ~100mg. So immediately after your dose on day 10, your system level is up to ~270mg, but immediately prior to your dose on day 12, your system level has fallen to ~170mg...soon to be jacked back up to ~270mg after dosing.

Dosing 50mg ED results in system levels maxing out at ~240mg with an interdose range of ~50mg. So immediately after your dose on day 10, your system level is up to ~240mg, but immediately prior to your dose on day 12, your system level has fallen to ~190mg...soon to be jacked back up to ~240 after dosing.

SO...the adjustment to half life resulted in higher average system levels and longer build up times. The interdose ranges have not changed and the EOD dosing has 2X the range as compared to ED dosing...so EOD dosing has significantly more variation in system levels. Again this might be important if we're trying to maintain fairly constant system levels.

Jobu, if you shot on day 10, you would shot again on day 12, not 13. Does that make a difference in your calculations??
