200 is very high for trt, although not unheard of.You really need bloodwork to indentify the problem.Estrogen is tricky.If it is to high it can cause problems and it Can cause loads of problems if estrogen is to low.Why i asked if you were on an ai already .Over use of an ai is one of the more common reasons for sexual problems oncycle or even trt.
