Ecdysterone Reviews

Flame away unbelievers!!! j/k

OK - time for my weekly (or should I say weakly) update. Just finished week 3 using 7-8 caps ED (1400-1600 mg). Strength continues to go up a lot on every lift, really full pumps. Overall really good results in spite of the fact my diet has sucked and I have been under a lot of stress the past weeks; I have good intentions but have a lot going on in my life at present... I haven't made it to the gym (been working out at home) so I haven't weighed myself this week. I have one more bottle of syntrabol left, then I start BAC's version.

All in all I am really satisfied thus far. I'm happy I didn't only listen to the negative voices. Searching this and other forums I found enough positive reviews that my curiosity was peaked. And like I said earlier the science behind ecdy is compelling as well.

I realize this product is flamed on these forums but IMHO the science behind ecdysterone seems to me as promising as topical yohimbine is to weight loss.

Topical yohimbine for weight loss has very very strong evidence via the success and praise of countless users. This cannot and should not be said for ecdysterone.

In other words there's a decent theory directly or indirectly supported by various and assundry studies, and an innovative product is created as the end result. Ultimately people's real world reviews are just as valid a reason to try a product as the alleged science. Amidst all the flaming on this and other forums, at least half the reviews I found that seemed legit were indeed positive.

There is also very strong research evidence that it does not work. This in addition to the exceptionally large number of people who did not have positive benefits is just as valid a reason to avoid it.

So... I traded 3 bottles of Syntrabol for some Usnic Acid.

You traded what???? That's it, I'm locking up the clinic and going home for the day. I don't need this kind of depressing thought.

I must say - thus far I feel like I did when I used topical 1-test!

Just post the link to your product.

Sorry man, I was compelled to do that. :D It's good to find something that works, I can attest to that. Just think, if you had listened to all the countless millions of dissatisfied customers who say negative things about ecdysterone you wouldn't have had a chance to try it for yourself. That's all that matters is that it works for you.

thanks for the post. I believe you. most people that took it only took 200mg at most. I mean hell, prolabs product (ecdyvone)sp?
only had 10mg per serving. thats why it did not work for them. nothing compared to what you are taking. 1400 to 1600mg a day. So what you say does have merit.
as far as cost.......thats a little expensive, but the end result was that you saw positive feed back. karma to you for some balls.

I would have to agree... most users didn't take even 1/4 of what they were suppossed to. Just wondering how much weight have u gained so far?

My final word on ecdy:

Sorry I haven't posted in a while... after 8 years renting our house, the owner decided to give us 30 days notice! So my life has been rather chaotic lately. Well on the bright side it looks like we'll be buying a house!

So........ Here's my final word: I used syntrabol for 5 weeks. My diet sucked almost the entire time. I've been under a tremendous amount of stress. In spite of this I have managed to work out consistently (by some miracle). And I took my little red pills every 3 hours or so consistently throughout each day. Started at 1200 mg ED and worked my way up to 1600 mg ED. I also continued creatine and the traditional pre-work out ECA.

The results: Ready for this - I gained a whopping one pound! But before you flame me, I lost 3% body fat, and made some really good strength gains! Let me elaborate:

I actually lost a pound the first week, then gained about 2 lbs over the rest of the trial. My BF is down to around 12% from 15% to start, in spite of the fact I still feel a bit bloated. My appetite was down the whole time too (maybe the stress?)

My lifts were through the roof the first 3 weeks, then continued to climbe slowly after that. My recovery time was consistently faster (less DOMS) the whole time, and my muscles continue to feel fuller/stronger.

So my final word is 2 thumbs up!
