Started an ECA trying to drop lbs before preseason...
25/200/325 @ 8am,12pm,4pm plus any coffee inbetween ect
6-3 235 right now. Eating about 1500Cal/Day
Medium bowl of cereal in morning
Peppers, Cucumbers, Brocolli, and sunflower seeds for lunch
Green beans or brocolli and some sort of meat for dinner
50 g protein shake 1/2 hr before bed
So far I have dropped about 5 lbs since starting Tuesday, I have been drinking tons of water 160 oz a day
Usually I do 20-30 mins of cardio each night plus weights 4 times a week
Trying to get up and swim early in the morning but hard to get up before work
Any suggestion? From what I've seen the ECA dosage seems the norm, should I be taking a different amount or at different times? I do have natural sleeping problems which is why I must take the last one at 4pm. I could take the first dose earlier but I am worried about shocking my body from sleep to full speed my dosing right when I get up. Anything is welcome!!!
