ECA questions

I dont want my blood pressure to go up anymore than it is. It is normally 130/80, but i think the T3 is making it go up a bit to 150/90. Im afraid a stimulant that affects BP will make it go even higher (like the 165/105 range), don't want that unless i can get some anti-BP meds (either OTC or prescription).

So i was wondering what can i substitute the Ephedrine in ECA with that will more or less leave my BP alone? I thought of synephrine, but i think that has BP problems too. yohimbine does the same thing. Any ideas?

Then again, when i got my BP taken yesterday i had alot of stress, that could be giving a false reading on my BP that i jsut attribute to T3. Next time i get it taken and i dont have stress it may be back down to normal. The dose of T3 im on is miniscule, im on 12.5mcg a day.
