ECA Question

Love this site but I need a damn dictionary to get started.

I am trying to research cutting agents to lower body fat before I go on my first cycle. Test 25o mg every 5 days for 10 weeks.

I have been on ephedrine for 9 months and lost 25lbs. I know I am a fat ass. I have went from a 38-40inch waist to almost a 34. Added some nice muscle too. Chest is now atleast even with gut. lol

I have found good info on clenb uterol, But I have found threads on ECA, and some other things but the shorthand kills me. Someone please break down what my options are and any threads or sites that can help me with my research.

how do i take it?
taken in morning and at noon
some add evening dose but i couldnt sleep
three weeks and it loses some potency but you could continue longer, i go 5 weeks
cycle off four weeks and start again
i say 4 weeks because you want to take a week (at least)reducing dosage systematically to avoid caffeine withdrawl headaches (think 18 hour migrain mabey longer)

why does it work?
raises metabolism so a body at rest then burns more calories
gives you energy so you do more, burning more calories
curbs appetite so you eat less

conclusion
ive seen people lose lots of weight using this and changing nothing in there lives. if you work to lose while on this you will like the results

Sorry you have busted my chops from day one, I deserve atleast one shot. I think I may give ECA a try. I was doing 2 25mgs of ephedrine in the morning before ym workout then 3 more 25mg pills spaced through out the rest of the day. Think this will give a better boost to metabolisn?
 
wow man you were on ephedrine for 9 months?!? that a long time, and not healthy....you probably need to clear out your receptors, I would go off it for a month and during that time i would take some Benadryl 25 to 50 mg 3 or 4 times daily.
something else might be to relook at your diet and change it again, maybe try to cut out most fats and replace the missing fats with flex seed oil and CLA...i have no idea what your diet is like but readjusting it is always a good thing.
Once you do all that, get on the ECA stack.

I take 2 flax seed oil a day, 3 CLA a day. My diet is in some of my other threads. I am changing from lunch meat turkey to liunch meat chicken and some real chicken. My works schedule says I have to have some lunch meat just so I can eat quick.

How is Benadryl going to clear my receptors? What receptors are you talking about? Could I stay on a ECA stack longer if I take benadryl at night? I think 3 questions is enough

i forget the details but clen down regulates your bata 2 receptors (in fat) now to keep that happening your have to up regulate them. Benadryl does this. Yeah you could stay on an ECA stack longer (but i think the asprin helps a little with up regulation)

First, you know about ECA's. More commonly Xenadrine, Stackers, etc. You can get them online now under different names and are readily available. But you should cycle them. Your body builds up a tolerance and you become desensitized over a prolonged period, usually over 90-120 days. Benadryl helps reverse this. You can also replace it with Yohimbe HCl, caffeine, and something I've been using that works fkn great, nicotine gum. It's another stack that burns fat.

Get supplements. Taurine/ L-Tyrosine/ Selenium/ Phenylalanine. This will help your metabolism and t4-t3 conversion.
